How To Increase Immunity Against Corona Virus.

With the outbreak of the Coronavirus, we are being told how to reduce the chances of being infected and how to take care of ourselves in case of illness. This is important but we are being told that if we fall prey to the virus or even worse and get sick then how to improve our immune system so that our body can fight against it effectively.

Our immune system is built to fight diseases and viruses. But unfortunately, many things in modern life undermine immune systems, such as stress, bacterial toxins, lack of exercise, and unhealthy eating. They do not allow your body to fight the disease effectively.

With the Coronavirus spreading rapidly, immune support has become more important than ever. We can do this by making a slight change to our thoughts, actions, and habits.

There are six basic ways to increase your immune system to prepare for the fight against the coronavirus.

Reduction in mental stress:
